Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience personally building and shipping real tools or pipelines with agentic coding environments such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent, with real users using them.
  • Practical understanding of multi-agent orchestration, prompt and context engineering, schema-validated large language model output, and deterministic computed numbers for defensible deliverables.
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, product, or business transformation, including driving adoption of new technology and workflows and setting vision.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading or enabling cross-disciplinary teams, influencing crafts that do not report to the role, and mentoring builders who do.
  • Working knowledge of paid search, search engine optimization, paid social, programmatic, ad operations, strategy, and media operations workflows.
  • Ability to own internal tool development and deployment end to end, including scoping, shipping, measuring, and iterating.
  • Ability to build and communicate an AI story internally, to clients, and in the market, and represent the agency as an innovator.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with major platform partners and influence senior internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to build enthusiasm for new tools, address resistance, and translate technical work into business impact for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to measure impact and report outcomes accurately.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated capability.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the AI enablement strategy across internal productivity and automation, client innovation and the AI story, and platform AI and partnerships.
  • Personally prototype and ship tools using modern agentic coding environments, establish multi-agent workflows, and steer the team's development work.
  • Determine when to use a single scoped prompt versus a deterministic multi-agent pipeline with auditable, computed outputs.
  • Evolve and scale the suite of agentic applications already in production.
  • Partner with leaders across search engine optimization, paid search, paid social, programmatic, ad operations, strategy, and media operations to identify high-leverage use cases, replace spreadsheet workflows, and build adoption literacy and documentation.
  • Turn AI capabilities into pitch wins, sharper client deliverables, and new products, and communicate the AI story through thought leadership and an external voice.
  • Track platform-native AI across Google, Meta, and Amazon; guide teams on best practices; build partner relationships; and connect tools directly to platform application programming interfaces.
  • Make deliberate build-versus-buy decisions regarding platform-native and enterprise AI tools versus custom systems.
  • Govern metered application programming interface costs, auditable outputs, per-user authentication, and confidential client data.
  • Mentor builders and analysts, improve organizational AI literacy, establish key performance indicators for productivity, quality, cost savings, adoption, and client or market impact, and report to senior leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment, such as Google Cloud Platform Cloud Run.
  • Familiarity with modern large language model application programming interfaces.
  • Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol.
  • Familiarity with cost governance for metered artificial intelligence and data application programming interfaces.
