Requirements
  • Current undergraduate (Junior+) or graduate student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field who can commit to a minimum of one year
  • Minimum of 1 prior internship
  • Willing to commit 15-20 hours weekly; with at least 12 hours in-office during Fall & Spring Semesters
  • Willing to work full time (minimum 30 hours per week) during semester breaks, including summer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; with experience in VBA is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with various teams and leadership levels as well as able to proactively and efficiently work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products and collaboration tools
  • Strong administrative skills
Responsibilities
  • Compile and distribute weekly and monthly operational reporting accurately and in a timely manner
  • Conduct on-demand data analysis using available resources to generate insights and support data driven decision-making
  • Partner and coordinate with cross functional teams related to new process initiatives
  • Complete tasks assigned by leadership in an efficient and timely manner
