Responsibilities
  • Analyze the client integration office’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, methods, and tools, and present findings and recommendations
  • Facilitate discussions with leadership and Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) stakeholders to help refine the client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations
  • Design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, communicate your research and illustrative analysis using root cause analysis, and develop research posting models to communicate discrepancies across divisional departments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
