Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. The LVN will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires strong clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ health and record vital signs.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Collaborate with RNs, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid LVN license in the state of CA.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
