• Lead and manage complex technical programs related to AI infrastructure, from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, hardware vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate project status and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our program management processes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data center infrastructure and AI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a focus on data center infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in building, deploying, and operating data center equipment, including servers, switches, and ML Accelerators.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies, including networking, storage, and power.
• Experience with AI infrastructure and related technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
