Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, accounts payable processes, financial reporting, and reconciliation concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting or enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.
- Experience through coursework, internships, or accounting-related projects is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Reliability, adaptability, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable processes.
- Research invoice-related correspondence.
- Support vendor and subcontractor payment requests.
- Maintain compliance documentation.
- Participate in project accounting reviews.
- Assist with month-end close activities.
- Reconcile project financial data.
- Help ensure accurate recordkeeping across multiple projects.
