Job Description:

Grand Villa Deerfield Beach has a beautiful memory care community dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with memory care clients and a solid understanding of dementia care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.

- Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.

- Support residents with daily living activities and promote their independence.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.

- Previous experience in memory care or with dementia patients preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
