  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working with clients across European and United States time zones.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a client-facing role, ideally with a strong background in lead generation and managing multiple campaigns.
  • Proactive, reliable, and always looking for smart ways to solve problems.
  • Familiar with using sales tools, Google Workspace, and customer relationship management systems.
  • Able to communicate with clarity, build relationships that last, and collaborate with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
  • Reaching out to potential business-to-business clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to spark conversations and book qualified meetings.
  • Running outbound cold calling campaigns on behalf of clients from various industries.
  • Representing multiple companies and helping them grow their sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Crafting personalized messages and tailoring communication style to different audiences.
  • Building strong relationships with prospects through follow-ups and effective objection handling.
  • Tracking results, sharing insights, and contributing ideas to improve campaigns.
  • Using tools such as HubSpot, Expandi.io, Reply.io, Instantly, Google Workspace, and Calendly to stay organized and efficient.
  • Participating in team and client calls, primarily with the United States and European markets.
