Requirements
- Experience managing every project in a creative queue throughout the project lifecycle: intake, scheduling, and delivery
- Creativity and meticulous attention to detail
- Design skills to complete production design work to support our overall efforts, including infographics, icons, and PDF document layouts
- Proven ability to set up schedules, monitor project statuses, meet deadlines, and report project metrics to management
- Skills in managing and optimizing processes to streamline and improve creative workflows in an agile-inspired sprint cycle
- Teamwork abilities to collaborate with the product team, development team, and other designers and stakeholders to design and launch
- Work collaboratively to build industry-leading design systems and solutions
- Excellence with the Adobe Creative Suite, the Google suite, and Figma
- Ability to understand project requirements and deliver design concepts
- Experience turning analytic insights into action
- A portfolio to showcase your design experience and visual design skills
- Skills in motion graphics and branding are a plus
- BS/BA in Design or a related field or equivalent experience
- Prior experience as a junior designer
Responsibilities
- Keep the creative team running smoothly by managing weekly workloads, running team sprints, stepping in at key points in the project lifecycle, and keeping stakeholders informed
- Create engaging designs and solutions - from concept to completion - for various projects including web graphics, demand generation, asset creation, event graphics, corporate swag, and more
- Solve for capacity challenges and keep up with requests from stakeholders by routing projects in Monday.com
- Manage creative requests/creative briefs and work with the creative director to assign the appropriate resources and people to projects
- Coordinate weekly sprint cycles to keep the team's workload balanced
- Contribute to strategic decisions and support the team in designing solutions that align with project goals and campaigns

- Experience working cross functionally with Product, Sales, and broader Marketing teams
- Cybersecurity experience and/or experience working with SaaS businesses
