About the role

As an Infrastructure and CI/CD Pipeline Manager (DevOps), you’ll design, deploy, and manage cloud-native infrastructure while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across systems. You’ll own CI/CD automation from the ground up, building pipelines that power seamless deployments, and lead infrastructure monitoring and alerting for production stability.

This is a leadership role for a hands-on engineer with 8+ years of experience who combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills. To succeed, you’ll need to be reliability-focused, proactive in preventing issues before they arise, and a clear communicator who can explain infrastructure concepts to teammates outside of DevOps.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and resilience.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments using GitHub Actions.
Ensure platform security, monitoring, and reliability with proactive incident prevention and response.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate infrastructure into workflows and product delivery.
Provide technical leadership on infrastructure projects and mentor teammates in DevOps practices.

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure, and CI/CD management.
5+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management and production deployments.
5+ years of experience with Terraform, managing Infrastructure as Code at scale.
5+ years of experience with Docker, containerising and orchestrating services.
5+ years of experience in CI/CD automation, building pipelines for production-grade systems.
Proven ability to deliver fully automated CI/CD pipelines, deploy and stabilise Kubernetes clusters, and implement monitoring/alerting solutions.
Must have led projects and managed people, providing direction, coordination, and mentorship within DevOps or infrastructure teams.

Nice to have

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
