  • Excellent software engineering skills in Python and/or C++ and contemporary ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)
  • Extensive exp in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or other relevant areas of Artificial Intelligence (e.g., as evidenced by industry experience, publication record)
  • 3+ years of industry experience directly managing a team of engineers/researchers.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to innovate
Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for leading a team that owns a deployed ML subcomponent of the perception system.
  • This will include defining technical direction for the team, setting and executing against milestones, allocating resources and owning all aspects of a deployed production ML model - from metrics and ML research to on-road execution and performance.
  • Be responsible for managing a team of engineers and researchers and growing their careers.
