Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, 5+ years in an AdTech, MarTech, or Ecommerce SaaS environment, with strong expertise in ad economics (COGS, ROAS, promotions, commissions, etc.)
  • Strong experience with the full product development lifecycle, including setting goals for your products, measuring the results, and quantifying the impact of features on the business
  • Proven experience in supporting team-based projects, with a focus on ensuring alignment with project goals and contributing to technical teams
  • Strong ability to work with vendors and internal teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders for successful project delivery
  • Comfortable presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Analytically minded with proficiency in data-driven decision making and experience with product analytics tools
  • Experience collaborating with large customers – our customers are some of the biggest in commerce
  • Positive & growth-oriented mindset with a strong bias to action
  • Strong and concise written & verbal communication skills with the ability impactfully tailor your communication to any audience
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the Retail Media platform roadmap, aligning it with the future vision and strategic goals of the business, with a strong focus on ecommerce data integration (product, order, and sales).
  • Leverage data-driven insights (e.g., ROAS, COGS, margins, ad spend, returns) to refine the platform, ensuring profitability for both self-service clients and managed services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, and clients to prioritize features and balance the platform’s usability and business impact.
  • Drive product validation, testing, and Quality Assurance (QA) efforts to maintain the highest product standards, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.
  • Lead detailed release planning, coordinating with internal teams to deliver smooth client transitions and product rollouts, with a focus on maximizing client adoption and retention.
  • Own the documentation process for product changes, ensuring comprehensive communication of new features, updates, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Effectively triage and manage client requests, ensuring timely and well-communicated responses from initiation to release.
