- Collaborate with software developers and other software architects to produce clear, accurate design documentation for in-scope components that complies with established guidance.
- Work with software developers to identify and prioritize deficiencies in component design and lead efforts to build a reasonable and actionable plan to address them.
- Identify and record inconsistencies in patterns, best practices, technologies, and tools used in design, and partner with others to create a prioritized remediation plan.
- Provide timely design decisions and guidance to unblock development teams, addressing obstacles and challenges as they arise with clarity and confidence.
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members; continuously monitor and assess compliance with architectural guidance and provide necessary support to ensure consistent adherence.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and providing timely and constructive feedback to team members on technical abilities.
