  • 3+ years of experience in-house at a high-growth consumer brand or an agency
  • Bachelor's degree in English or Journalism, with a fashion emphasis preferred
  • Strong product thinking and the confidence to advocate for design changes when needed
  • Excellent communication, editing, proofreading, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to describe fashion trends and designers, and give style advice to customers in a sophisticated yet friendly voice
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all content on renttherunway.com and the RTR app follows the brand tone, is clear and simple for customers, and removes unnecessary friction from the experience
  • Understand customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints to craft actionable content
  • Write for various elements such as buttons, modals, tooltips, and large multi-page experiences
  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and team members to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences
  • Incorporate content guidelines and best practices into the Design System
