- Must have a Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech). Master is preferred 4-6 years of experience in product management.
- Overall IT experience including software engineering & product management should be 8-10 years.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and showcase improvements
- Ability to translate complex problems and idea into easily understood actionable items
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Should have experience with databases and programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, etc.
- Passion for managing products and driving measurable results
- Ability to multi-task and identify opportunities for improvement (both product and process)
- Experience with Identity & Access Management products such as Okta, Sailpoint, Ping Identity, Oracle, IBM, or MicrofocusKnowledge of application integration for security products.
- Market Research - Review market changes, identify new developments in their product area and present actionable analysis of their findings. Develop a balanced product roadmap geared towards overall success of customers while meeting the long term strategic vision.
- [Feature](http://vision.Feature) & release - Draft and communicate product briefs to ensure smooth introduction of each new release feature. Participate and manage enablement of new product capabilities. Answer questions and troubleshoot issues throughout the release lifecycle.
