Responsibilities
  • Respond to team and client inquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround time
  • Understand the client's strategies in collaboration with the sales lead to ensure the RFPs match the clients needs and Equativ's capabilities
  • Collaborate with the ad ops, media solutions and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and ensure campaign performance
  • Attend and participate in client meetings, weekly hotdesks etc…
  • Oversee advertising campaigns, and make suggestions on how best to reach your client's goals
  • Monitor, anticipate and solve campaign-related issues
  • Strategise with other team members to come up with ways to improve campaign performance and be in the top performer
  • Provide delivery reports detailing campaign status on a recurring basis and quarter business reviews to key clients
  • Lead troubleshooting for live campaigns
