Responsibilities include\: installs, maintains, and operates field equipment at on-campus and remote research laboratory sites; collects and processes water samples; assists with computation and data entry of hydrologic-related field data; and assists with research project management. Candidates should be comfortable working in all weather conditions, regularly involves visiting field sites with potential exposure to natural hazards.

- Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions
- Detail-oriented for accuracy of data and information
- Strong initiative to solve problems
- Able to work well with interdependent teams and initiatives
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations in different units of measurement
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
Certifications\:
- Driver's License required to travel to field laboratory sites
