- High school graduate with minimum of two years of progressive business experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing and spreadsheet software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population.
- Manages and performs a variety of administrative duties in the office, including, but not limited to scheduling clinicians to meet client needs, monitor productivity, as well as tracking frequency and duration of patients.
- Train and maintain consistency with centralized scheduling model.
