Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven Technical Program Manager. As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with our customers, build relationships with them, and help them achieve their technical goals and overcome technical challenges. This role is mission-critical for our engineering teams: you will be the principal project management person moving key projects along.
You’ll rely on extensive technical experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. You’ll lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This role reports to the Director of PMO, that manages the PLC and is accountable for supporting the desired Trackonomy business outcomes.
This is a full time onsite role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day solution delivery and deployment with the customer during all phases of the customer lifecycle:
- The evaluation and feasibility stage, including business and technical requirements gathering,
- The pilot or validation phase of testing the Trackonomy Systems in the client’s environment,
- The production enterprise roll-out phase.
- The ongoing platform support and evolution phase.
- Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues
- Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
- Always strive to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction
- Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements
- Keep track of key account metrics
- Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Work on Jira automation and dashboards
- Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors, Masters in Engineering, or similar technical field.
- At least 3- 5 years of technical industry experience, including as program, project, or equivalent technical leader.
- Proven hardware development background with experience in hardware product development cycles, and the ability to deliver complex software/hardware systems
- Prior start-up experience desired.
- Proficient with Agile methodologies and JIRA-based program management tools and standard methodologies
- Experience improving and delivering reliable software through continuous integration, automated testing, and code reviews
- Track record of driving execution across large engineering organizations and driving teams towards the next level of difficulty
- Experience leading sophisticated, fast-paced critical initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations, often with conflicting priorities and schedules
- Experience building consensus across different functions and groups
- A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with a variety of the IoT concepts, practices, and procedures
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience and strong knowledge in SQL, PowerBI, Microsoft Office preferred
- Exposure to API development is preferred.
- Self-motivation and passion for leading end-to-end programs, encourage standard methodologies and discovering ways to improve constantly
- Experience in using software for sales such as Salesforce preferred

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $250,000, plus bonuses and Pre-IPO equity. It is uncommon for anyone to be hired at or near the top range for their role, and final compensation is based on the facts and circumstances of the case. The compensation range is broad because it reflects many factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training directly relevant to the role, business and company needs, cultural fit, level, and location.
