  • Bachelors, Masters in Engineering, or similar technical field
  • At least 3-5 years of technical industry experience
  • Proven hardware development background
  • Proficient with Agile methodologies and JIRA-based program management tools
  • Experience improving and delivering reliable software through continuous integration, automated testing, and code reviews
  • Track record of driving execution across large engineering organizations

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day solution delivery and deployment with the customer during all phases of the customer lifecycle
  • Assist customers' technical requests and take care of any technical issues
  • Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
  • Always strive to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction
  • Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers' requirements
  • Keep track of key account metrics
  • Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Work on Jira automation and dashboards
  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth
