- Establish and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, coordinating audits and reviews by external auditors and regulatory agencies
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and revenue optimization efforts
- Oversee the financial administration of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
- NetSuite experience is preferred
