Requirements
  • You have 4 - 5 years of experience working in strategy consulting, sales at early-stage company or sales operations
  • You're a proven self-starter: you are excited to take the lead in building out Cohere's Sales function, you can work without supervision and are driven to lead projects independently
  • You are analytically oriented
Responsibilities
  • Be the glue that keeps the sales business running smoothly
  • Partner closely with the VP of Business Operations and other leaders to: Manage the recurring cadence of the business (e.g., weekly team problem solving, quarterly kick-offs, pipeline reviews, setting OKRs)
  • Track the business OKRs and revenue analytics through a series of dashboards (e.g., pipeline, sales cycle)
  • Partner with Finance in designing and managing the AE performance compensation program
  • Support the operations of the go-to-market support from the large Cloud providers
  • Lead and manage the Biz team business and tech resources (e.g., SalesForce, Gong, ZoomInfo etc.)
  • Support with strategic initiatives like ROI messaging for sellers and value engineering, data privacy, and organizing team offsites
