Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or ecommerce growth
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Confidence with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CPA, and media attribution models
  • Skilled in using analytics platforms such as GA4 and Triple Whale
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how media spend impacts revenue
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who collaborates well across teams
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive performance and efficiency across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Manage agency partners, and oversee day-to-day campaign execution, including budget allocation, bidding, and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content and landing pages
  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV
  • Coordinate ecommerce trade initiatives aligned with key promotional moments and product launches
  • Work cross-functionally to execute regional strategies in key markets (UK, France, and emerging EU markets)
  • Ensure a cohesive customer journey from ad click to conversion, collaborating with UX, CRO, and CRM teams
  • Leverage first-party data to enhance retention and re-engagement strategies
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels, including affiliates and influencer partnerships
  • Use analytics tools (Triple Whale, GA4, Shopify) to track performance and generate actionable insights
  • Deliver regular reports and forecasts to inform strategic decisions and optimize media spend
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience scaling ecommerce brands internationally (especially in Europe)
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus and multi-region stores
  • Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, or influencer-led growth strategies

Essity today held the Annual General Meeting at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre, Sweden.STOCKHOLM, March 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Meeting approved the Parent Company income statement and balance sheet and the consolidated income statement and consolidated balance sheet for 2024.The meeting resolved on a dividend for the financial year 2024 of SEK 8.25 per share. Record date for the dividend is set to Monday, March 31, 2025. The dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on Thursday, April 3, 2025.The Meeting resolved that the remuneration to each director elected by the Annual General Meeting who is not employed by the company shall amount to SEK 960,000 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors is to receive SEK 2,880,000. Each member of the Remuneration Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 145,000, while the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 170,000. Each member of the Audit Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 350,000, while the Chairman of the Audit Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 490,000.
