Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications, advertising, or event management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and the approval process for marketing materials.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, budget, and oversee multiple marketing projects and events.
  • Ability to create comprehensive communication strategies aligned with marketing strategy, programs, and tactics to drive growth.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, including creating, reviewing, and editing copy and making promotional review edits accurately.
  • Experience coordinating with regulatory, legal, and compliance teams to navigate marketing content review and approval processes.
  • Experience planning and managing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and speaker programs.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics, vendor relations, and on-site support for event execution.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management, sales enablement, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • A proven track record of managing marketing projects, advertising campaigns, and events.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead integrated marketing communications strategies for the Contrast Media portfolio.
  • Create customer-focused content and messaging across audiences, channels, and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns to increase awareness, generate demand, and support commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Marketing Communications and Brand to manage the content calendar and tactic flowchart documents.
  • Ensure marketing communications align with GE HealthCare brand guidelines by writing, editing, reviewing, and proofreading content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Develop marketing tools, resources, and communications that enhance sales effectiveness and support customer decision-making.
  • Lead the promotion and execution of customer engagement programs, including events, webinars, and educational initiatives.
  • Manage regulatory, legal, and medical approval processes and promotional review workflows for marketing communications.
  • Update and maintain the claims matrix document.
  • Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Digital, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Legal, and external teams to align priorities and drive execution.
  • Use performance data and customer insights to evaluate effectiveness and improve marketing outcomes.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships for marketing communications programs and initiatives.
  • Keep projects within scope and estimated expenditure.
  • Support marketing budget management, invoice and purchase-order processing, and compliance approvals through the AST system.

GE HealthCare secures CE mark for Photonova Spectra photon-counting CT system

GE HealthCare has received CE mark approval for its Photonova Spectra photon-counting computed tomography system, enabling commercial sales in markets recognising CE marking. The clearance follows US Food and Drug Administration approval and Japanese regulatory clearance in March 2026. The system uses GE HealthCare's Deep Silicon detector technology to deliver ultra-high definition spectral and spatial imaging. It processes data volumes up to 50 times greater than conventional CT systems, utilising Nvidia's accelerated computing platform. Clinical collaborations are underway at UZ Brussel in Belgium and Rigshospitalet in Denmark to evaluate the system across cardiology, neurology, oncology and musculoskeletal imaging. The CE mark follows more than $5 billion in innovation investment by GE HealthCare.

GE HealthCare launches three new Vivid cardiovascular ultrasound systems for diverse care settings

GE HealthCare has introduced three new cardiovascular ultrasound systems to its Vivid portfolio: Vivid Explorer 1, Vivid Advanced 1, and Vivid Focus 1. The systems were unveiled at the European Society of Cardiology Congress 2026 in Munich, Germany. Each system targets different clinical settings whilst sharing a common technology foundation with the ultra-premium Vivid Pioneer. Vivid Explorer is designed for high-volume echo labs, Vivid Advanced for mid-size hospitals and cardiology practices, and Vivid Focus for everyday cardiac imaging. GE HealthCare launches Invenia ABUS Prime and StreamVue for breast cancer screening

GE HealthCare has launched Invenia ABUS Prime and ABUS StreamVue, expanding its breast imaging portfolio with solutions for supplemental screening in women with dense breasts.
