- The candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
- The candidate must have high proficiency in Microsoft, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat software.
- The candidate must have advanced knowledge of office machinery and cellular devices, including computers, copiers, tablets, and cell phones.
- The candidate must be willing to travel to project sites throughout Arizona and New Mexico, and other states as needed.
- The candidate must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- The candidate must have a strong customer service orientation.
- Support field crews and mechanics with supply, parts, and tool ordering and delivery, and systems troubleshooting.
- Support the Shop Manager with vendor research and setup; equipment maintenance scheduling and setup; equipment mobilization logistics; vehicle and equipment registration; equipment inspection tracking; and inventory ordering, counting, maintenance, and reporting.
- Support HR and Safety with new-hire paperwork and onboarding, systems setup and training, periodic training and testing, and personal protective equipment issuance.
- Support Operations and Project Management by assembling project binders and scheduling travel needs.
- Assist with business development tasks as needed.
- Provide database support.
- Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to the company's safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience in the forestry and/or construction industry.
- Knowledge of geographic information system-based applications, map development, and data management.
- Two to five years of administrative experience.
