- Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Possess a master’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field of study.
- Possess ten (10) years’ experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or Senior Executive Service (SES) levels within the Department of War, other government agencies, or industry corporate equivalents, and will be expected to perform at the level of a mid-range General Schedule-15 equivalent.
- Shall possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to translate highly technical information into plain language for effective communication with Department of War and other United States Government staff in the performance of all duties, tasks and services.
- Conduct assessments of changes to the international political-military environment and the potential impacts on Department of War and United States Government efforts to counter global drug trafficking and other illicit threat network activities that threaten United States national security interests.
- Provide advice and recommendations to United States Government decision makers regarding the implications of existing or proposed changes to United States Government international agreements, military sales, security cooperation investments, and similar activities on Counterdrug/Counter-Transnational Organized Crime/Counter-Threat Finance policies and programs.
- Analyze national security policy issues related to Department of War support of National Drug Control Program objectives, identify stakeholder equities, and assist United States Government personnel in developing responsive Counterdrug/Counter-Transnational Organized Crime/Counter-Threat Finance programs in coordination with other Office of the Secretary of Defense offices, the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Military Departments, Defense Agencies, the United States Government Intelligence Community, other United States Government Departments, and United States and foreign law enforcement partners.
- Provide decision-support assistance to Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Operational and Strategic Planning (CN&SP) and United States Government personnel by analyzing ongoing and proposed Combatant Commands and Defense Agency Counterdrug/Counter-Transnational Organized Crime/Counter-Threat Finance programs and activities and making recommendations, based on United States Government guidance, for investment or other programmatic changes.

NEW YORK, January 18, 2024--DLA Piper advised CM Equity Partners, a New York City-based private equity firm that invests in aerospace, and defense and federal services companies, in its investment and partnership with Dexis Consulting Group (Dexis).
Professional services provider Dexis Consulting has entered into a partnership with CM Equity Partners, an investor in aerospace and defense and federal services companies.
Dexis is pleased to announce the appointment of Natasha Hsi as the new Vice President of International Development.
Dexis will be working in partnership with prime contractor Khulisa Management Services Inc. to implement the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Peace through Evaluation, Learning, and Adaptation II (PELA II) program in West Africa.
Dexis has moved its headquarters in DC five blocks, from 1412 Eye Street NW to 1331 Pennsylvania Ave NW in downtown DC, effective July 11, 2022.
