  • Previous experience in automotive finance management is required and will be verified.
  • A verified track record as a top performer is required.
  • Prior automotive sales consultant experience of 1–3 years is required.
  • Prior finance manager experience of 2–3 years is required.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays.
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
  • Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Must be able to give a proper finance and insurance menu presentation explaining warranty packages.
  • Must have an excellent customer satisfaction index track record.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and dealership management systems.
  • Must be able to understand tag and title laws and Department of Motor Vehicles requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the sales team and customers to assist with the financial buying process for vehicle purchases.
  • Consult with customers and sell finance and insurance warranties.
  • Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner.
  • Achieve monthly objectives.
  • Meet deadlines for submitting customer paperwork to lenders and accounting.
  • Secure and handle customer money during vehicle transactions and turn the money over to accounting.
  • Adhere to local and national regulations and advise the sales team on new and recently changed state laws associated with purchasing a vehicle.
  • Maintain an impeccable reputation with lenders and vendors.
  • Assist sales professionals with customers when needed to explain lending options and warranties.
  • Build relationships with local and national bank and manufacturer representatives and meet with them monthly.
  • Perform other duties and follow other instructions requested by a supervisor.

  • Luxury automotive experience is preferred.
