Responsibilities
  • Sending out new / renewal business proposals for prospective insureds of the Football program
  • Data entry and record keeping of new/renewal insureds
  • Answering of customer questions related to the football program
  • Follows up with renewal / new insureds for completed applications and proposals
  • Sends out all completed certificates of insurance to requesting parties
  • Invoicing and coding of renewal / new business
  • Daily interaction with underwriters at each carrier partner to ensure timely quote/bind periods
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Must be able to have a high level of organization
  • Possess a high degree of self-discipline and motivation
  • Must be solution driven, have problem solving skills, and proven analytical skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must possess the ability to work independently, applying education and professional experience to achieve outstanding results
  • Demonstrates highest level technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy, precision and execute client requests on time
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
  • Must have effective professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively show strong leadership skills
