  • Deliver compelling valuation presentations, articulating market insights and guiding owners through Baton’s proven sales process
  • Navigate complex objections with strategic thinking, influencing owners to make informed, confident decisions
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements for Baton’s Pro and Lite contracts, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
  • Manage a high-value sales pipeline with precision, consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Partner with BDRs and marketing leadership to refine conversion strategies, ensuring a seamless transition from interest to engagement
