Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives across our SAP Hybris E-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accessibility testing (Level Access or similar tools), Tosca automation, and AI-driven test automation strategies. This role requires close collaboration with global teams and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery in a distributed onshore/offshore model.

Responsibilities:

Drive test planning, execution, and automation for SAP Hybris-based applications.
Lead accessibility testing efforts using Level Access or equivalent platforms.
Design and maintain Tosca automated test suites and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
Implement AI-based test automation to improve coverage and efficiency.
Coordinate with onshore and offshore QA teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and resolve issues.
Communicate clearly and proactively with developers, business analysts, and product owners.

Qualifications:

Five+ years in software QA with expertise in SAP Hybris E-commerce.
Hands-on experience with Level Access or similar accessibility tools.
Proficient in Tosca and other test automation frameworks.
Familiar with AI-powered testing tools and methodologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model.

Primary Location Pay Range: $82,000 - $85,000/year
