Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, resource allocation, and execution of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the workflow of creative projects, ensure briefs are adequately completed, and facilitate timely reviews and approvals while maintaining communication with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members, providing resources and guidance to help them integrate into the team culture and processes.
  • Organize team meetings/events, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion of key tasks.
  • Manage key task lists and meeting bookings for the VP of Marketing for both external and internal purposes.
