Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or benefits administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Basic proficiency with HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Operate with absolute integrity, sound judgment, and confidentiality
Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, especially benefits, accommodations, and leave management
  • Process and track employee accommodations and leave requests (FMLA, personal leave, etc.)
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and maintain accurate records
  • Lead HR events, including open enrollment and benefit communication campaigns
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Generate and analyze HRIS reports to enhance HR processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Create annual benefit package reviews with a focus on financial impact
  • Lead various HR initiatives, including employee engagement activities and training programs
