Requirements
  • 5+ years of system administration experience with HR/Recruiting solutions like Ashby, Greenhouse, Bamboo, Workable, ICIMS, etc.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and customer needs.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing systems for enterprise-level organizations, with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Expertise in ATS systems, with proficiency in system configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of automation principles and experience implementing automation solutions to optimize processes.
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar platforms, with a track record of fully implementing systems to support aggressive hiring targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement robust talent acquisition metrics and analyze data to drive informed, operational decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work in a global, remote work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand and address their system needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and aggressive hiring targets.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable systems within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support efficient and effective recruitment workflows, prioritizing automation and effective analysis.
  • Implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall efficiency in the applicant and recruiter experience.
  • Utilize our ATS platform to its fullest potential. Work closely with our ATS provider to define the roadmap, drive innovation, and deliver new functionality to support our needs - at Deel speed.
  • Drive system design and implementation for all talent acquisition strategies including funnel optimization and candidate experience
  • Establish and maintain robust talent acquisition metrics to measure and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition systems with other People and business systems.
  • Maintain our workflows to continue compliance with applicable, local regulations and best-practices.
