Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Extensive experience in post-acute healthcare (home health, hospice, rehab, or similar).
  • Proven success as a VP of Sales/Business Development, ideally in a private equity-backed healthcare setting.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, growth execution, Mergers and Acquisitions, and referral development.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience implementing KPIs and scalable systems.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel 50–70% to build and maintain relationships across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire high-performing Sales and Marketing teams across multiple service lines.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy including organic growth, joint ventures, preferred provider relationships, and Mergers and Acquisitions opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs, systems, and processes to optimize sales performance and accountability.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive financial, operational, and cultural success.
  • Build trusted relationships with referral sources, providers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence while advancing the company’s mission to provide outstanding patient care.
