Requirements
  • Complete Division and/or Construction Manager orientation, onboarding, and training programs, including Pulte Construction Standards, scheduling, job site rules, safety, warranty, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
  • Develop knowledge of building codes, construction and technical language, plan reading, construction materials, construction schedules, and construction methodologies and standards.
  • Develop knowledge and expertise in Pulte systems and processes, including Schedule, Field Purchase Order, and Dynamics 365.
  • Learn and build proficiency in the Build Quality Experience and Customer Quality Experience.
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to read blueprints.
  • Have basic computer literacy.
  • Hold a valid driver's license, as driving is an essential function of the position.
  • Be able to sit, stand, drive, and move as required; exert up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds of force; climb ladders and scaffolding; and work in varied weather conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Assist Construction Managers and direct supervisors with monitoring job sites.
  • Validate schedule progression.
  • Coordinate on-site inspections.
  • Review and understand the Customer Care service process.
  • Validate that work is complete to quality standards and expectations.
  • Coordinate completion of work as directed by the manager.
  • Assist in scheduling and supervising daily trade partner activities according to job schedules and scopes of work.
  • Monitor subdivision cleanliness and hold trade partners responsible for daily cleanup.
  • Gain understanding of the scope of work for all trade partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
