Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science or related fields
  • At least 12 years of progressive experience in HR technology
  • Experience in a Workday environment with system administration/technical responsibility
  • Global perspective and deep domain expertise in large-scale, Global enterprise technology implementations
  • Ability to manage through a wide range of circumstances and ambiguity in a high-growth, global company
  • Track record of assembling and managing high-performing teams
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Certification in Workday HCM is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for all Global HR technology systems
  • Oversee implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and other HR systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and automation
  • Direct the People Technology & Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring SLAs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Stay current on trends in HR technology and provide recommendations for new technologies
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, and user guides for HR systems
  • Oversee data architecture, governance, and compliance efforts related to HR data
  • Ensure security and accuracy of sensitive employee information
