As an acquisition management professional, you’re eager to support both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle in your clients’ missions. As a Federal Acquisition Management Professional at Booz Allen, you’ll work with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of all they need for optimal end strength and ensuring that their mission is our mission. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on our country’s defense acquisition and contract process.  

On our team, you’ll draft full RFP packages, including Procurement Requests, and Acquisition Plans. You’ll work on procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You’ll grow your acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success. From working with your team to building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you’ll work to deliver meaningful acquisition support.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience supporting the DoD

• 1+ year of experience with acquisition or contracting

• Knowledge of the DoD 5000 Acquisition Framework

• Ability to be proactive and resourceful

• Secret clearance

• Associate’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience supporting Navy acquisition system commands 

• Knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, or NMCARS 

• Possession of strong attention to detail skills

• Bachelor’s degree
