Real Time Operations Analyst
Serve as an Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) analyst and leverage experience as an operations team member capable of providing operational and strategic support to client missions in a 24/7 shift environment. Perform daily activities, including monitoring system data and optimizing configurations. Perform active collection analysis including conducting fusion analysis and production coordination, and maintain responsibility for producing intelligence product reports and products in support of mission objectives. Leverage expertise in the use of computer applications and intelligence automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Communicate clearly when giving instructions to operators and identify, retrieve, and fuse pertinent information for the purposes of disseminating analysis and reporting, enhancing situational awareness in support of mission objectives, priorities, or operational needs. Work independently or in a team environment and collaborate with others to provide analytic support focused on the development of new exploitation capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with adapting to the real-time mission and responding flexibly and dynamically to ad hoc requests
Ability to develop strategies and processes across multiple systems that ensure activities are accomplished in a manner to achieve mission objectives
Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering 24/7 mission
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in the intelligence community, or 4+ years of experience in the intelligence community in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in the intelligence community
Knowledge of OPIR tasking, collection, processing, exploitation analysis, or dissemination processes
Ability to demonstrate ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts
Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
