Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in higher education, career services, or education technology, with a focus on decentralized or federated models of career services within the university

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with administrators and faculty members within individual schools and departments, demonstrating how 12twenty can support their specific needs
  • Conduct virtual and in-person demonstrations of the 12twenty platform tailored to the needs of school Deans, Department Heads, and university administrators
  • Generate scalable revenue and meet quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Create and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with departmental goals
  • Collaborate with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to ensure product features address the unique needs of schools within universities
