Requirements
  • Proven track record of being an accomplished enterprise sales hunter and subject matter expert in conversational AI and Contact Center solutions with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering new customer acquisition in contact center ecosystems.
  • Functional Knowledge of: Salesforce, Contact center infrastructure, Premise & Cloud, Proactive, outbound customer engagement/Campaign Management and conversational platforms, AI, AiQ, CDP, and Analytics, Self-service, AI/agent assistant, and virtual agent, Omni Channel Communications
  • Strong solution selling background, dealing with complex sales cycles.
  • Self-starter attitude and a passion for collaboration with a highly professional work ethic.
  • Experience selling to CxO suite. High comfort level working with all levels of an organization, including C-suite. Must possess a significant roster of enterprise C-Suite and VP level contacts.
  • Excellent leadership and communications skills.
  • Strong passion for new business hunting and for revenue and growth.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving revenue targets in sales.
  • Willingness and the ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and manage accounts within the call center ecosystem.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of the Acqueon's conversational platform to perspective customers.
  • Utilize demos to actively demonstrate the functionality and value of Acqueon's platform.
  • Develop and perform strategic prospecting activities to generate pipeline and grow territory.
  • Develop strong internal working relationships with key stakeholders across Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product.
  • Use Salesforce to effectively perform forecasting in a monthly, quarterly, and annual planning rhythm for your accounts with high levels of predictability, quality, and accuracy.
  • Closely collaborate with sales leaders to achieve the revenue goals of the company.
