Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred
CompTIA certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable
Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role
Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining
Excellent understanding of data analysis, management, and visualization techniques

Responsibilities

Data Architecture Strategy: Develop and implement the company's data architecture strategy to support business objectives and needs
Data Modeling: Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data. This includes conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, management, and protection of data across the organization. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
Collaboration: Work closely with I.T. teams, data scientists, and analysts to ensure data solutions are available and optimized for integration and consumption
Governance: Develop and implement data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data consistency and governance
Innovation: Stay abreast of new data technologies and trends and incorporate this knowledge into the data architecture strategy
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data architects. Oversee their work and provide guidance and feedback

As a Data Architect Director, you will oversee the company’s data architecture strategy and implementation. This role involves designing, creating, deploying, and managing the organization’s data architecture. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of databases, data analysis, and strategic planning.
