Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2B SaaS products and complex technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FullStory and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of UI & UX, user research, prototyping, and information architecture.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful product implementations.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Management and subject matter experts to help identify the problem space, user journeys, and design requirements based on research.
  • Design the end-to-end of the product user experience, such as translating complex technical concepts into intuitive user interface wireframes, and leveraging your expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
  • Continuously refine designs through stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and data to enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and provide support throughout the implementation process.
  • Champion and contribute to our design best practices and design systems.
