The platform is free for diners, allowing them to find and book tables at their favorite restaurants. Restaurants benefit from OpenTable by paying a subscription fee to be listed and may incur additional charges based on the number of reservations made. This dual revenue model helps OpenTable maintain a steady income while providing valuable tools for restaurants to manage bookings and optimize seating.
