Responsibilities
  • You are the brand champion and expert while ensuring brand integrity in all respects
  • Plan, implement, and execute successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion, advertising)
  • Responsible for each brands annual brand planning and P&L
  • Deliver ROI against all financial and resource allocations and will be held accountable to their recommended investment strategy and results they produce
  • Responsible for both top-line revenues, related expenses and overall profitability of each brand
  • Work with sales and product development teams, responsible for on-going inventory management, sku rationalization, discontinued product programming and new product development
  • Set brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables
  • Manage and work closely with agency and 3rd party suppliers as required to develop brand, campaign and trade marketing programs
  • Develop appropriate distribution strategies for each brand, including specialty retail, mass merchants, e-commerce and other channels as identified
  • Will hold joint responsibility for key customer relationships and sales presentations
  • Utilize category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives
  • Represent the company and provides support as needed at various trade shows and customer presentations
  • Provide ongoing reporting with President and extended team, to allow proper evaluation and measurement of brand activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of all annual activities
  • Work with internal product development teams to ensure each brands product lines live up to the brand strategy and vision as created by the brand manager
  • Become the “go-to” resource within the company for all brand direction, product development, distribution strategy and P&L related decisions
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the objectives of division and company
  • Provide leadership in other areas of digital marketing: SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, Google Analytics, Website UX and paid social advertising
  • Social media strategy
  • Maintain and ensure brand website presence is optimized and reflects the current brand positioning, product line-up and e-commerce opportunities
  • Identify specific distribution channel and customer opportunities with the sales team
