Requirements
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the on-site security function, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for assigned Allied Universal personnel.
  • Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
  • Maintain overtime at a minimal or preset requirement designated by Allied Universal.
  • Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance during assigned shifts.
  • Perform operational and related functions, including payroll, reviewing and maintaining incident reports, and assisting with security surveys and post orders.
  • Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for personnel under direct supervision.
  • Respond to client requests.
  • Make emergency notifications as necessary under site post orders.
  • Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding the performance of their duties.
  • Make disciplinary action and commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel.
  • Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations to management.
  • Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders.
  • Make recommendations concerning disciplinary action and commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel.

Allied Universal completes acquisition of SSC Security Services Corp. Jul 31, 2026, 18:00 ET REGINA, SK and IRVINE, Calif., July 31, 2026 /CNW/ - SSC Security Services Corp. (TSXV: SECU) (US: SECUF) (amalgamated into Logixx Security Inc.) ("SSC" or the "Company") and Allied Universal (as defined below) are pleased to announce the successful completion of the previously announced acquisition by Allied Universal of the Company by way of a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") involving Universal Protection Service, LP ("Allied Universal"), and its wholly-owned subsidiary, 102236724 Saskatchewan Ltd. (the "Purchaser") under The Business Corporations Act, 2021 (Saskatchewan). The Arrangement took effect at 12:01 a.m. (Regina time) on July 31, 2026. Pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement, Allied Universal acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company (the "Shares") for $4.4075 per Share in cash (the "Consideration"), and certain officers and directors of the Company purchased the Company's legacy assets and cyber security business in a management buy-out transaction. As part of the Arrangement, the Company amalgamated with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Logixx Security Inc., and the Purchaser to form "Logixx Security Inc."
