Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, test, and integrate real-time software for novel and complex prototype signal processing systems
  • Work is executed within multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, with backgrounds in software, signal processing, firmware, hardware, systems engineering, and integration
  • Supervise and lead a team of approximately four software engineers supporting multiple projects as part of a larger software engineering branch
  • Interfacing with program managers, retention, recruiting, mentoring, and managing coverage of their direct reports
