What You'll Do
As the Office Services Coordinator, you'll serve as a key operational partner supporting office administration, communication, scheduling, workplace services, and departmental coordination.
Office & Workplace Support

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative services
Coordinate mail distribution, supply inventory, and office resources
Support scanning, copying, filing, and document management activities
Assist with basic facility coordination and workplace organization
Welcome and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and contractors
Help maintain a professional, organized, and efficient work environment

Administrative & Operational Coordination

Provide meeting support, including agendas, meeting minutes, and action-item tracking
Review incoming sales orders for accuracy and completeness
Monitor calendars, schedules, and office commitments
Support managers and supervisors with administrative projects and documentation
Coordinate communication across AGC locations and departments
Assist with company events, announcements, and employee communications

Compliance & Business Support

Serve as a liaison between management and facility compliance activities
Help ensure critical deadlines, certifications, and compliance requirements are met
Track and follow up on key administrative deliverables
Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of administrative, office support, receptionist, or coordinator experience
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Teams
Experience working with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and postage systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and directing inquiries appropriately
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

Post-secondary education
Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, engineering, or production environments

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds when handling office supplies, shipments, or records
Ability to sit for extended periods while performing administrative duties
Frequent use of computers, office equipment, and telephones
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and move throughout the facility as needed
Ability to work on-site full-time in Fairview, Oregon
