Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success position or in a similar role focused on Customer Support
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks efficiently
  • Collaborative team player who is adaptable and confident in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively
Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries via Zendesk in a timely and professional manner through the lifecycle of the account
  • Draft, update, and maintain Knowledge Base articles to ensure customers have access to accurate information
  • Analyze customer data to improve the customer experience
  • Act as the liaison between the customer-facing and Centralized Copyright teams, tracking registrations and ensuring 100% completion on time
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Core Administration services to gather information and assistance on behalf of the customer
  • Prioritize and advocate for new features that enhance the self-service model
