- Active, unrestricted nursing license in state of practice
- BLS certification
- BSN degree (Graduate of an accredited school of nursing)
- At least one year of registered nursing experience
- At least one year of supervisory nursing experience (required)
- Provide infusion and skilled nursing care including patient assessments, patient/caregiver education, and responding to emergency needs
- Demonstrate excellent time management, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to multitask
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA laws and regulations
- Lead and participate in staff and departmental meetings, calls, and in-service trainings as needed
- Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and patients with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and state/federal rules and regulations
- Provide training and guidance to the team
- Participate in quality programs and help maintain quality metrics
- Infusion therapy experience (preferred)
- Previous infusion experience is a big plus
- Top-notch intravenous skills (IV skills)
