Requirements
  • Having a deep and rich understanding of our ad technology suite and underlying products
  • Eagerness to learn as Tombras’ technology stack is immensely unique and customized to the operations and leadership at the agency
  • Experience at an agency, technology company or as a project manager is a plus
  • Proven ability to concisely communicate roadblocks and initiate solutions for a wide range of varied impromptu business and technical issues across multiple clients
  • Analytical & data-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to lead projects, influence decisions, and drive outcomes with minimal direction
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across a variety of clients and internal stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Implement data connections between clients and technology solutions
  • Integrate our ad technology products within multiple client’s larger advertising eco-system
  • Combine understanding of our technology suite with understanding of client’s business to develop and optimize a learning agenda centered around answering our client’s biggest questions
  • Analyze outputs from our consumer, business, measurement and forecasting solutions to provide insights to our clients in the form of repeatable deliverables
  • Oversee the development and training of assigned associates
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting project updates and documentation
  • Enhance inter & intra-departmental processes, create templatized deliverables based on repeated client asks and train other departments in the internal use of our solutions
