Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing with extensive growth marketing leadership
  • 2+ years SaaS experience at the senior leadership level
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, marketing, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record delivering high impact product growth strategies
  • Experience owning a product growth target coupled with multiple product and feature launches per year
  • Data-driven, highly analytical approach to growth marketing with proven discipline and rigor combined with a high level of curiosity and ability to problem solve
  • Experience leading and growing a team to rapidly experiment and implement solutions
  • Ability to provide vision and direction to senior leadership while translating plans into focused and manageable goals to your direct and indirect team
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience implementing new processes, setting KPIs, monitoring results, and the ability to pivot when required
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Growth Marketing team to rapidly design and build experiments that lead to accelerated product / feature adoption and increased LTV
  • Ensure Pros experience the full power of our products and solutions through deep and evolving understanding of our market segments and Pro pain points
  • Develop effective growth marketing strategies defined by market segments and business size for retaining users and expanding their in-app and sales-assisted conversions
  • Assess and qualify product-market fit to optimize the right features for each Pro’s needs given their industry, size, and level of tech adoption
  • Create, test and iterate Sales-led and Product-led conversion experiments across multiple market segments simultaneously, delivering offers at the right time for each Pro
  • Develop and execute strategies to preemptively address customer retention and lifetime value through targeted engagement campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer communication journey across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Analytics and Product
  • Work with the larger marketing and creative team to develop marketing assets that align with our voice, tone & brand guidelines (landing pages, emails, videos, one-sheets, etc)
  • Responsible for performance against key top-line business goals including increasing sales, revenue growth, and minimizing churn
